Dear PiFO Supporter,

About a year and half ago the board of PiFO applied for a grant to hire its first full-time executive director (ED). The application was made to the M. J. Murdock Charitable Trust in Vancouver, WA. I have been volunteering as the ED since the beginning of PiFO in 2017.

The Murdock Trust seeks to enrich the quality of life in the Pacific Northwest by providing grants and enrichment programs to nonprofit organizations that seek to strengthen the region’s educational, spiritual, and cultural base in creative and sustainable ways.

On August 25 the Murdock Trust awarded PiFO a grant totaling $220,000 to hire an ED! The award will be spread out over a period of three years.

The board of PiFO is now moving forward with the search for our next ED. Anyone interested in this position should send a cover letter and resume’ to our board chair, Robert Barrett, [email protected]. A job description will be supplied upon request.

I am so excited to see who God has prepared for this position. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!

Ever grateful for your support,
