Alpha Training (alphausa.org) last week, tackled the heart issue, “What does the word forgiveness mean to you?”
To pardon sin
To take away sin
To release from sin
As one student suggested, forgiveness is the vehicle that provides right relationships. Right relationship with God and right relationship with man!
God is exposing this theme over and over this year – Revelation 22:17, “And the Spirit of the bride say, “Come!” And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.”
“O let all who thirst, Let them come to the water” – Come to the Water, John Foley
Friends, it has been over two years of prayer asking God to help with the details of fixing the baptismal at Oregon State Correctional Institute.
God makes all things beautiful in His time and in His way.
Two students were baptized!
It is encouraging to observe the students grow in their faith. It has been an exciting discipleship journey, equipping the students with tools like How to read your Bible, Experiencing God, and now engaging in conversations about Christ through Alpha.
Thanks to your partnership, last week, two students were baptized! With potentially more students in the discovery process.
Awe, heaven rejoices!
“I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.” Luke 15:7 (NKJV)
Your gifts provide these incredible encounters of His love, thank you!
