You might be asking the question “What do the budget and baptism have to do with each other?” Below you will see the answer.
Our Year 1 budget included the costs of the construction remodel, architect fees, computers for all the students, furniture and necessary supplies. This amount was close to $800,000 of which $700,000 was directly related to the remodel of the classroom at OSCI. This was ONLY possible through God and your generous giving.
Our budget from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 is now set at $300,000, which includes the cost of reimbursing Corban University for all of its expenses and the cost of Paid in Full for implementing the entire project for Year 2. This also will ONLY be possible through God and your generous support again.
College classes started on October 14, 2019 and are continuing this winter term with studies in General Psychology, College Writing 1, Contemporary Math and Survey of Biblical Literature.
But what about “baptism?” We are having the very FIRST baptism of one of our students on February 27! Our program’s success in the future will be measured by various outcomes. I don’t believe there is a much better outcome than publicly acknowledging Jesus as Lord and Savior through the sacrament of baptism.
Let’s make huge strides toward meeting this year’s budget!
Please continue to support PiFO, not only through your generous giving, but also through your powerful prayers.
